Love Is Blind-Minnesota – Contestants’ Disappointed
WHAT STORIES ARE WE MISSING?
There are stories on the new season of 'Love Is Blind' Minnesota that we didn't get to see. I didn't realize that. I guess there are lots of other participants who made it all the way to the end of the show, with some pretty dramatic experiences that were cut and never made it to air.
The mom of one of those contestants is speaking up about that. She's also been very kind about it. Sounds like Minnesota Nice to me.
One of the biggest complaints has been that the storylines regarding people of color are being cut, and not making it to air. This does seem a bit odd for Minnesota, since we are such a diverse state, especially in the Twin Cities area.

WHERE IS VANESSA?
One mother of a contestant named Vanessa is speaking out about the disappointment. She said, “Love is Blind was a good show, but they dropped the ball on Minneapolis for sure. They really, really did. And Vanessa did have a good time. She made great connections with people, but it would have been really fun to see her connections in the pods,” said her mother, Sue Boreland. "Even being a white person … I’m used to seeing diversity in our communities. And I watch the show and I’m like, my gosh. Why did they do this? Why did they represent us like this? I mean, we’re the home of Prince for God’s sakes,” She said. Sue's husband is Jamaican and her daughters are biracial.
MORE STORIES OF POSITIVITY
As I'm reaching the final episode, I feel like there were definitely storylines that were focused on more than others, and I could have had less of the drama, and would have liked to have seen more focus on the positive relationships than the negative ones.
Did you personally know anyone who was on Season 8 of 'Love Is Blind?'
