If you are looking to get in the holiday mood, you might want to try one of these seasonal pop-up bars that are decorated top to bottom for Christmas. If these places won't make your heart grow 3 sizes, you might be doing the holidays all wrong.

Down through the Chimney at the Hotel Emery in Minneapolis opens up its run on November 26th and offers up "a festive wonderland where the spirit of the season comes alive, blending the jolly vibes of the North Pole with a dash of playful mischief."

You're probably going to want to make a reservation for this one, as walk-ins are welcome, but you'll be in the standing room only area, so if you want to sit and enjoy a beverage or two, head here to reserve your space.

Holiday Flight Club - Travail’s Basement Bar - Robbinsdale

According to the restaurant's website, the Holiday Flight Club "takes you on a culinary journey through holiday traditions around the world." This experience isn't for the faint of heart, as tickets will run you $144 plus taxes, but a ticket includes a tasting menu and beverage pairing.

The pop-up experience runs November 21 - January 3, with seating times at 5:45PM and 8:00PM. If this is something you want to try/do, book fast as space is limited.

Frosty's Bar - Brit's Pub - Minneapolis

They aren't calling this just a pop-up, but a North Pole experience! Frosty himself is even in attendance, but you'll need a reservation, and they are first-come first first-served online. The video below is what it looked like last year at Brit's.

The good news is that kids are welcome and can participate in this 'experience' as well. Learn more about the reservations and tickets for this holiday event here.

Hell-A-Dazzle - Hell's Kitchen - Minneapolis

Starting on Black Friday Hell's Kitchen in Minneapolis will be decorated for the holidays for an event they call Hell-A -Dazzle, a take on the Holi-Dazzle moinker that was a downtown Minneapolis event.

While the entire restaurant and bar are decorated, you aren't required to make reservations, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to do so.

6 Photos You Won't Believe Were Taken In Minnesota

After having spent the greater part of the last three weeks outside Minnesota, it has been great to be back. We live in a very beautiful part of the country. From the North Shore's jagged cliffs to the rolling croplands of southern Minnesota and to the driftless area near Preston, our state is filled with beautiful sights. I managed to find 6 photos that were taken right here in Minnesota, but when you look at them, you'd think they were taken somewhere else completely. Let's enjoy the land of 10,000 photos, shall we?
