Kwik Trip Got Sassy On Facebook for National Tell a Joke Day

So Friday August 16th is National Tell a Joke Day. A day meant for fun silly quips shared among friends, unless you are Kwik Trip. If you are Kwik Trip you pull out all the stops.

For the National Tell a Joke Day, they shared a blank picture on Facebook that just read, "Any other gas station".

Absolutely ruthless.

But this isn't the first time Kwik Trip has shown their wild side online. Their Twitter feed is full of quick-witted retweets and comments. Here are some from the past summer:

National Tell a Joke Day doesn't seem to have a clear origin story, but here is what National Day Calendar had to say about it:

This day will be filled with smiles and much laughter from morning till night. Jokes consist of humorous stories either written or verbal that often end with a punchline. While slapstick includes props and even minor stunts on the part of the storyteller, usually the best jokes are short. They involve a little misdirection and a well-delivered punchline.  The more jokes you tell, the more fun you will have and so will those around you.
