Kat Perkins Performing at the Minnesota State Fair

KAT PERKINS STILL GOING STRONG

Kat Perkins, originally from North Dakota, but now our very own Minnesota resident, rocked Season 6 of The Voice; and continues to entertain people all over the world.

I interviewed Kat Thursday and learned that she just returned from her 11th tour in the Middle East performing for troops. She says she especially loves to go over seas during the holidays to bring a little bit of 'home' to those that are protecting and fighting for our country.

She is one of the busiest people I know. She flew in this week, for many local performances.

If you're headed to the Minnesota State Fair, you will want to make sure to head to the International Bazaar Stage on Monday & Tuesday, August 26th and 27th at 8 pm.

Kat will be performing with her band,  along with featuring her young, up and coming talent that she mentors throughout the year! Bring your lawn chair, pull up your boat, relax, enjoy a food truck and BYOB!  You are invited!

The Charlson Meadows venue is a one of a kind experience in the Twin Cities! There will be a Silent Auction throughout the night and special celebrity guests.

Merchandise from the Rising Star Foundation will be available, and all proceeds will go directly to Kat's 501(c)3 non-profit - The Rising Star Foundation which provides scholarships for talented individuals looking to further their career in the music industry!
