I know the first thing people are going to say is that "no one goes to the mall anymore".  If you haven't been there in a minute, you might be surprised.  There are actually quite a few people that are milling around in there on a daily basis.  Weekends are pretty busy too, which can be surprising since it is summer.  I did stop in yesterday, and there were a few parents going around school shopping with their teens.  It was obvious that was what was going on.  And I can't believe we are already talking about Back to School.  In July.

THERE HAS BEEN A NEW ADDITION IN THE CROSSROADS MALL FOOD COURT

I also noticed that there is a new-ish addition to the food court area.  This time it's Taqueira Katrina.  They have been open since May, and they feature some great Mexican food.  I know that this town does seem to have several restaurants with the same sort of food, mostly chicken, and Mexican restaurants.  But every one of them does have a different take on their cuisine.

Taqueria Katrina restaurant provides fresh and fun Authentic Mexican food. Taqueria Katrina started with two families coming together to share their talents and more than 30 years of experience offering authentic Mexican cuisine

If you love Mexican food, and you are on your lunch break, only having a short time for that, this might be the place to go!  They have a great menu that you can check out online.  They do have a few core menu items that you would find familiar, plus your choice of proteins and some great appetizers.  The appetizers could be featured on more of a "to go" situation if you are in a hurry.

CORE ITEMS FEATURED ON THEIR MENU - ADD YOUR CHOICE OF PROTEIN

Next time you are looking for a quick lunch spot - and you are near the Crossroads mall, maybe consider the food court at Crossroads Mall and Taqueria Katrina

Movies and TV shows have always found ways to partner with cereal companies as part of their promotion strategy.
