It’s Clearwater Rodeo Weekend

The 2019 Clearwater Rodeo returns this weekend with three big days of MRA rodeo action. From bareback to barrel racing, and saddle bronc to bull riding -- there's something for everyone. (Did I mention food, beer, and vendors too?)

The Clearwater Rodeo has been awarded 'Minnesota Rodeo of the Year' honors by the Minnesota Rodeo Association in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2014, and again in 2017-- so you know you're in for a special night.

This year's event includes Bull Riding, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Calf Roping, Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, ans Steer Wrestling -- plus special events for the kids including Mutton Busting & the Calf Ribbon contest.

Friday, August 16th

• Rodeo: 7:00 pm
• Rodeo Dance: Immediately following rodeo (featuring the Honey Badgers)

Saturday, August 17th

• BBQ Supper: 4:00 pm ($9 a meal)
• Rodeo: 6:00 pm
• Rodeo Dance: Immediately following rodeo (featuring Rusted Revolver)

Sunday, August 18th

• Non-Denominational Church Service: 10:00 am
• Kid's Day: Noon-2:00 pm (kids 5-12 get in for $3, with 4 & under free)
  • Rodeo admittance, free hot dog, petting zoo, pony rides, drawings + more.
• Rodeo: 2:00 pm
