The outlet mall in North Branch has seen a steady stream of businesses leaving it, and putting in a business like Grundhofer's makes sense, as it will get people to stop, that is traveling along I-35, rather than having to get off and make a run down Highway 61 to get to Grundhofer's, then hopping back on I-35 to finish your drive.

Currently, Grundhofer's has its main location in Hugo off Highway 61, with satellite stores in White Bear Lake, and Forest Lake.

Grundhofer's, which has been gaining attention for years with their gummy bear brats, is also known for their selection of other brat flavors, boasting more than 100 flavors of brats inside their Hugo location. The brats come in different proteins, with beer, pork, turkey, and chicken being options.
