We were all shocked to find out this week that one of our newest restaurants in the St. Cloud area is already closing for business. Slim Chickens, which has been in the St. Cloud market for less than two years, has already closed its doors.

With a brand new building on that property and a pretty good-sized parking lot, we asked you what business you would like to see in that new space.  We had close to 500 comments at last count, this was the information we gathered for what people would like to see in the location.

All business concepts are great - without strong staff employees will ruin any concept overnight. There is just no support staff available in this city. Work ethic is gone.
