UPDATE: We previously told you about a food truck festival coming to St. Joseph this November. However, an event organizer reached out to let us know that event has been canceled.

Do you love fall comfort foods, friends, and fun? Then you need to check out Milk + Honey Cider's this month! They're hosting the first-ever Friendsgiving Food Truck Festival on Sunday, November 14 starting at noon.

Alright, this already sounds awesome...Friendsgiving--without all of the mess from hosting at home that comes with it? Sign me up!

You're encouraged to bring your friends and family for an epic time. The event is free to attend, there's no cover charge.

You'll be able to sample some delicious eats from the food trucks, sip on your favorite drink and listen to live music. Aksel Krafnick will be performing live at the event.

In addition to the festival, they'll be collecting donations for Bri's Lodge. It's a non-profit that was created after the Kruzel family lost their daughter BriAnna at the age of 18. In her honor, the Kruzels built their own Grief Lodge to help local families from central Minnesota going through grief and hard times.

According to the official Facebook event page, "The holidays can be a hard time for many, especially given the past 22 months we have all experienced, there's a possibility that someone you love may not be at the table this year. You, or someone you know, maybe grieving a loved one this holiday season and it's hard ... your support of this event and to Bri's Lodge will make a difference in someone's life."

Enjoy life and time with your close friends and family this holiday season. You can check out more information on the Friendsgiving Food Truck Festival Facebook event page.
