Cold Spring Gears Up For Hometown Pride Days This Weekend

From the annual Community Wide Garage Sales to breakfasts, inflatables, and entertainment, Cold Spring Hometown Pride Days brings it all, and they invite everyone to participate in the fun of hometown pride.

Hometown Pride Days in Cold Spring happens this Thursday through Saturday, July 24th through July 26th, and there's a ton of fun planned for those who love to celebrate all that's great about Cold Spring.

KID ZONE

This is a great event to get the kids outside to enjoy some free family fun. There will be inflatables, water slides, bungee, and games for the kids both Friday and Saturday, plus face painting, cookie decorating, Free cotton candy, Turtle races and a kiddie parade.

THURSDAY, JULY 24TH EVENTS

Every year, Hometown Pride Days gets kicked off with Community Wide Garage Sales and their Annual 'Friends of the Library Book Sale' at Lions Park. The book sale goes from 10 am to 6 pm Friday and Saturday, and the garage sales continue throughout the event, so make sure to take advantage of some great finds.

FRIDAY, JULY 25TH EVENTS

Hometown Pride Breakfast -On Friday morning, you can start your day with the Hometown Pride Breakfast from 7:30 - 10 am to benefit the Rocori Senior Center.  After breakfast, you can head on over to the Historical Society for their Open House from noon until 5 pm.

The Painting Pals Art Show will be taking place at the Red River Inn from 9 am until 5 pm.

Dairy Princesses will be serving FREE ice cream at WealthCare from Noon until 3 pm.

Medallion Hunt - The always fun Medallion Hunt will start at 1 pm, and don't miss Bingo beginning at 2 and going until 5 pm.

Train Rides - Free 40 & 8 Train Rides will be taking place from 1 to 5 pm

BINGO  Tent - Cash prizes and fun await from  2 to 5 pm

Winner's Bean Bag Tourny - Love bags? Attend this fun event on Main Street at 5 pm.

Street Dance - Get your dancing shoes on for Friday night as MN-13 will be performing from 8 to 11 pm.

SATURDAY, JULY 26TH EVENTS

The Red River Run will kick off Saturday's events at Rocori High School. There will be a 5K, a 1K, and a kids fun run. Get registered now by clicking HERE.

45th Annual 'Cars by the Creek' Car Show will take place from 8 am until 3 pm.

Chalk Drawing Contest will take place from 9 am until 3 pm, with judging happening between 3 and 4.

The Prairie Smoke Band will be the main entertainment on Saturday night from 8 to 11 pm.
