If you have driven past Freeport on I-94 this weekend you might have seen the patriotic ag-bag art.

That wrap art is courtesy of the Herdering Farm. Pam Herdering gave me the backstory on the piece:

We have a son in the Marines. He finished last year of 4 years active duty and now is in the Marine reserves . He is now helping us on the farm and is married and lives in Avon. So this was our way to support him and all the troops. I believe we need more positive messages in this crazy world we live in!

This year's design features the words "Land of the Free Because of the Brave" with an eagle, a soldier, a Thin Blue Line logo with American flags on both sides.

This isn't the first time the family has created this art for everyone to see. They have been doing it the past handful of years to honor the troops and show them people are thinking of them and supporting them.

Pam was even kind enough to send me a couple photos of the family creating their ag-bag art last year.

Thank you Herdering family for your yearly art in Freeport and honoring our men and women in uniform. They do so much for our safety and freedom and seeing things like this in central Minnesota is such a joy.

If you want to see this ag-bag art for yourself, it is located on County Road 157 in Freeport. You can't miss it!
