UPDATE: Chi-Weenie Has Been Found!

UPDATE: Chi-Weenie was spotted near the tracks behind Culvers heading out of town near Route 23. So her mama, Katie continued to search, and this morning we got the good news that she found Chi-Weenie about a mile out of town on the tracks!
