Pizza Barn Remains A Local Favorite In Princeton
One of the best places to eat in Princeton has been there as long as I can remember, and when I visit Princeton, I can't help but make a stop there for the original recipe that still tastes just as good as it did the first time I had it.
Saturday, I was in town playing music at Sunken Ship Brewery. Since we don't get to spend a lot of time in Princeton, we decided this would be the perfect opportunity to stop by for some delicious pizza before our ride back to St. Cloud.
THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE THE PIZZA BARN
Pizza Barn has a great menu, but today we were in the mood for a custom deep dish pizza, and wow. It was impressive.
A deep-dish crust with sausage, onions, green peppers, and cheese. It was exactly what we hoped it would be.
MOST POPULAR PIZZA
I asked our server what their most popular pizza was, and she thought it was probably their Cowpie, which features pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, green & black olives, green peppers & mozzarella cheese.

NEWEST MENU ITEM - CHEESE CURD PIZZA
Their newest menu item is the Cheese Curd pizza, topped with ranch, cheese curds, and more cheese.
Other delicious options include their
- Chicken Bacon Ranch
- Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
- Buffalo Chicken
- Meatza Pizza. Yum.
STACKED SALADS AND DELICIOUS DESSERTS
If you're in the mood for a salad, they have salads stacked high with toppings. The Pizza Barn options are phenomenal. They are also known for some of their great desserts like Jody's 14 Karat Cake and their Cookies.
The Pizza Barn also has affordable weekday lunch buffet specials from 11 am until 1:30 pm.
A PRINCETON TREASURE
The Pizza Barn is a central Minnesota treasure tucked inside the Riverside Plaza, at 128 North Rum River Drive in Princeton. If you've never been there, you are missing out.
