Don’t Miss The “Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular” At Minnesota Zoo

THE MINNESOTA ZOO JACK-O-LANTERN SPECTACULAR IS ON

It's hard to believe that anyone can carve a pumpkin like THESE artists do. This is a really fun event that is going to be happening through November 3rd at The Minnesota Zoo.

The Trail features over 5,000  carved pumpkins...big pumpkins...giant pumpkins...mini pumpkins...all the way from the ground up to the tops of the trees. A lot of work goes into this, so if you love evening light displays, this is something you don't want to miss.

ACTIVITIES

The event takes place every day of the week. Each evening the event features a straw maze from 6 pm to closing time, but on Friday and Saturday nights there are costumed characters, Dazzling Dave Yo-yoist, musical entertainment, and carousel rides (for an additional fee).

HOW TO PLAN FOR YOUR TOUR

It's recommended that you get to the zoo at least an hour before your scheduled tour time, which you must purchase ahead of time online. The line will start forming about 45 minutes before your scheduled tour. While you wait, you can enjoy a snack and a  beverage, or activities at the Central Plaza.

SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY TICKET PRICES 7-10pm

Tickets are cheaper Sunday through Thursday, as there aren't as many activities, but if you just want to go through the maze and have the tour, this might be the way to go.

Child 3-12 & Senior 65+ - $16
Child 2 and under are admitted free but you must “purchase” a free ticket for children under 3.

Members of the Minnesota Zoo get $2 off adult tickets, and $1 off Child & Senior tickets.
