Dog Gets Busted for Multiple Shoplifting Offenses at Dollar Store [VIDEO]

This is probably the funniest thing I've ever seen in my life!

No doubt about it, animals are smart but this dog just might take the cake.  He's from South Carolina and apparently Dollar General has all the toys and treats he likes but he's not able to pay for them.
