Last weekend, Boardwalk Kitchen and Bar had a soft opening to work out all the kinks to get ready for their Grand Opening this weekend in Shakopee.

WORKING THROUGH THE KINKS

Boardwalk Kitchen and Bar opened last weekend, then closed for a few days, and now they are ready for everyone to come and experience what they have been working on.  And it really does sound pretty amazing.

According to their post, they have very family friendly atmosphere and food options.  Plus, live music this Friday, and the Grand Opening with full restaurant, bar and patio all open on Saturday.

CAN YOU PLACE BETS FROM THE RESTAURANT

From the comment section on the post, people asking if they can make bets on the horses right there from the restaurant, with a view of the track.  They said they are working on that now.  So, possibility in the near future.  That would be awesome!

And how can you go wrong with a view of the track?  Even without a race going on at the time, it's still a great view.

WEEKEND ROAD TRIP

If you have a chance this weekend, or this summer, make plans to head to Shakopee and take in this great restaurant.  It's dinner and view and a show!
