Dear Texas -

Hi. Haven't heard from you in a while. I heard it's a gorgeous 80 degrees down there right now, must be nice.

It's been a little harder going up here. You see, it's supposed to be Spring but we have been hit by a big winter storm. Blizzard warnings, major high ways closed, travel bans, school closings. I know, crazy stuff.

But what's made it just that much worse is that our snow is weird, brown, and gritty. From your dirt. Basically we have been stuck in a snirt storm.

We know it's not your fault, you probably didn't mean to send us all of your topsoil. But being the concerned citizens we are here in Minnesota, we wanted to make sure you had the opportunity to take it back if you want it. We are willing to send you back all your dirt, and as an added bonus, throw in the snow it rode in on for free. Our treat.
