City of St. Cloud Declares Snow Emergency
A Snow Emergency has been declared for the City of St. Cloud effective 12:01 AM on Sunday, December 1st -- and will be in effect for 72 hours unless cancelled earlier.
During a Snow Emergency, violations of winter parking regulations will result in vehicle towing.
