Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day: Sauk Rapids Run, Marty Parade Today

SAUK RAPIDS/MARTY - St. Patrick's Day isn't until next Friday, but a couple popular local events will be kicking off the fun this weekend.

The Sauk Rapids Shamrock Shuffle 5K and 10K is on Saturday morning. It starts at 9:00 a.m. at the Sauk Rapids Municipal Park. There will be prizes again this year for the best dressed.

Also, the annual St. Patrick's Parade at the Pearl Lake Lodge in Marty is on Saturday. Float line-up begins at noon, with the parade starting at 1:00 p.m.
