
Canadian Wildfires Continue To Pour Smoke Into Central Minnesota
There are more than 100 wildfires currently burning across Canada; mainly in Saskatchewan, but also in Alberta and Manitoba. Smoke from those fires continues to be pumped into Minnesota courtesy of the jet stream. Today should be a bit better, but how long will that last?

Air quality in parts of Minnesota have been worse than we've seen in the last ten years. Some flight delays at MSP were attributed to low visibility caused by the smoke. The Canadian government is considering assigning the military to battle the fires.

The smoke should be better across Central Minnesota today and tomorrow, but there's no saying how long the improved conditions will last.
