NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), the parent agency of the National Weather Service, released it's 2016-17 U.S. Winter Outlook today -- and it looks like it could be an interesting one for us in Minnesota.

They issued a LaNina Watch (referring to water temperatures in the Pacific Ocean), which usually indicates a colder & snowier winter than normal across the northern U.S. Here's the scoop.

I dug my ice scraper out of a box in my garage today and stuck it in my car. (Although I did ride my Harley to work this morning at 31˚.)
