Bitterly Cold Wind Chills Tonight Through Tuesday
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for most of Minnesota in effect from midnight tonight through Noon on Tuesday. Expected wind chills from -15º to -35º can cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes.
The high temperature in St. Cloud on Christmas Day is expected to stall at -4°, with the low Monday night nosediving to -15°, and we can expect the same for Tuesday and Tuesday night.
