Berg’s Country Barn in Sauk Centre Announces Plans to Reopen This Fall
Berg's Country Barn in Sauk Centre has just announced they will be opening for their fall market in September 2020.
In a post to their Facebook page, they said they will be opening the barn for the fall and holiday shopping season:
In all seriousness…..we are busy working on plans so that we can take every precaution and follow all CDC guidelines to make sure all of our customers and staff are safe and have great shopping experience. Please watch in August for dates, details, and sneak peeks!
Berg's Country Barn started when owners Anita and Bill moved to a family farm six years ago. Their daughter wanted to get married in the barn that no longer was used for milking, so they cleaned like crazy, strung lights, and gave their daughter a gorgeous wedding. When word got out about the event, many people called asking to use it as a venue, but Anita's dream was to open a Holiday Pop-Up Shop in the barn instead, and the response to the Christmas shop was so great they added a fall one as well.
The pop-up shop is only open select weekends, and decor varies by season and upcoming holidays. The fall shop can be best described as warm, cozy, and harvest-themed. The shop has a little something for everyone, from home decor to clothing and skincare products from local vendors.
Last year, they were open a few Saturdays and Sundays in September, and then opened again for their holiday pop-up the first weekend of November.
I went for both the fall and holiday markets last year and had such a good time walking around and taking it all in with my mom, grandma and sister. The place is gorgeous and really sets the tone for the upcoming changing seasons. I can't wait to visit again this year.
