Popular Dresser Recalled Over Safety Concerns For Kids
A popular dresser sold on Amazon.com has been recalled due to the risk of it tipping over and causing serious injury or even death. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that the WLIVE Fabric 16 drawer dresser can tip over on unsuspecting people if the dresser isn’t anchored to the wall.
The dressers were sold at amazon.com from September 2024 until August of this year. One of the reasons they were so popular was their asking price, which was around $100.

The recalled dressers were sold in Charcoal Black, Charcoal Black Wood Grain, Black Rustic Brown, Dark Gray, Light Gray, Rustic Wood Grain Print, and White. These dressers have a metal frame, a wooden top, and 16 collapsable folding drawers.
The drawers will have ASNG093 printed on labels on the product packaging.
There were over 34,700 of these dressers sold in the two-year span that have been recalled. And this recall is on top of 76,500 of their 12-drawer dressers that were previously recalled.
The company that makes the dressers say that if you own one of their products that have been recalled that you should stop using it immediately and place them in an area where the dresser will not fall over onto a child.
Once you’ve done that, contact WLIVE for instructions on how to dispose of the dresser properly and get a full refund from them. You will be required to submit a photo to the company at wliveproductrecall@wlivehome.com.
You can also call WLIVE at 833-367-7572 between 9am and 6pm pacific time Monday through Friday.
