The Baltimore-based baker, owner of Charm City Cakes and star of the popular reality show 'Ace of Cakes,' prides himself on creations that are well out of the norm. And this one, conjured up for the New York premiere of the new 'Harry Potter' movie, definitely didn't disappoint.
