If you are an outdoor enthusiast you should know Minnesota is about to have more options. SITKA has announced it will be opening up a retail store inside the Mall of America. The outdoor apparel retailer has just a handful of dedicated stores in the US.

The store will be located at 190 North Garden in Bloomington at the Mall of America.

Looking at the main SITKA website, no date has been given for when the store will open up, but several open positions are online.

On top of the news that SITKA will be opening at the Mall of America, another location looks like it will be opening in Maple Grove. The Maple Grove location is listed as being located at 12499 Elm Creek Blvd N Ste A1. There wasn't any information on hiring at this time for Maple Grove online.

If you aren't familiar with the brand, that's alright, I didn't learn of it until I was up at Ballard's this past summer. One of the guys on our bus trip had on some SITKA outerwear when we were heading out on a chilly morning, and he said he loved it.

On the Archery Talk chat forum, people have often asked the group if the outdoor gear is worth the price, and overall the reaction and answers have been YES.
