98.1 Listener’s Top Spots for Birthday Drinks Around St. Cloud

I'm celebrating my birthday this Friday (August 9th) and took to the 98.1 Facebook page to find the best suggestions for birthday celebrating around the St. Cloud area. 98.1 listeners know how to have a good time, and I knew they wouldn't steer me wrong!

Here were the top comments on the Facebook post asking for the best places to go out for birthday drinks:

Rollie's Rednecks and Longnecks

14 people all said this was the place to celebrate. They have something called "Birthday Buckets" which sounds like something I need in my life.

The Boomerang Bar

Located near Camp Ripley, the comments suggesting this one mention their great treatment of customers and something called birthday boxes and birthday balls. It's definitely peaked my curiosity...

Starry Eyed Brewery

There were a couple comments that suggested this brewery in Little Falls.

Schiffler's

Located in St. Anthony. I love a good small town bar, so this might be worth the trip on my birthday.

Friends Bar and Restaurant

I'm no stranger to Friends. It's a fun place to go in Waite Park.

Pearl Lake Lodge

Located in Marty, they are home to the "Best Dressed Moose". That's all I need to hear. I'm sold!

MC's Dugout

Nothing says 'happy birthday' quite like Hairy Buffalo's in downtown St. Cloud!

Other suggestions were Applebee's for mudslides, and Old Chicago for iced teas. There was also one comment that was too cute not to share in its entirety:

Don't laugh to hard but my 7 year old heard you ask in the car and she said "I know where she should go." I said oh ya where? Thinking she say Chucky Cheese but she said my church. Lol
