#2 Husky Hockey Follows Friday Tie with Saturday Win Over #5 UND

The #2 St. Cloud State Husky Men's Hockey team (12-2-1) followed up last night's tie with a 3-1 win tonight over #5 North Dakota (10-5-5) at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center in St. Cloud.

Last night's game goes down in the NCAA standings as a 2-2 tie, but the Fighting Hawks got an extra point in the NCHC standings from the shootout win following last night's overtime sessions.

Tonight's win for SCSU gives them sole possession of first place in the NCHC going into the holiday break.
