Minnesota’s Top Ten Natural Wonders

Minnesota is full of beauty and the fine folks over at Only in Your State realize that as well. They put together a list of the top ten natural wonders our state has to offer.

There's no doubt Minnesota is a treasure trove of beautiful places to see and amazing things to do, but I know I don't always recognize.  I think because I'm so deeply rooted in this state, I take for granted all it has to offer.

Only in Your State compiled a list of the most incredible sights to see in Minnesota and I'm totally ashamed to say I've only seen two of them.  How bad is that?? I've lived here my entire life and yet, I've seen so little.

The list includes Gooseberry Falls and Devil's Kettle, which are the two that I saw a number of years ago.  Apparently I need to plan some trips to check out other places that made the list including the Niagara Cave and Palisade Head, which is over 1 billion years old.  Artist's Point, St. Croix River Dalles, BWCA, Pigeon River High Falls, Blue Mounds State Park and Eagle Mountain made up the rest of the Top 10.
