This should make Minnesota mamas pretty happy!

The finance website Wallethub recently did a study of the United States to determine which were the best for working moms.  Mothers already work hard for their families, they deserve a break!  It looks like they're getting one here in Minnesota because it came in at #2 on the list of best states for working mothers.

The analysis took in to account several factors including things like child care costs, pay equality and unemployment statistics.

When I first read this, I was a bit surprised that Minnesota came in with such a high ranking because of childcare costs.  My friends with children claim that is so expensive. However, when you look at some of the other factors such as pediatric care, it makes total sense.  We have some of the best medical facilities in the country so that in and of itself can take a little pressure off mothers.

Vermont came in at #1 and Wisconsin at #3.  Check out the entire list here.
