My first Google search after the 4th of July weekend was how to lose the pounds I put on over the weekend!

I don't think I'm the only one who indulged a little extra to celebrate our nation's independence. It seemed like there was food on the grill constantly this weekend with chips, cold salads and M&M cookies everywhere I looked! Yes, there was fruit and veggie trays, but the junk had my full attention.
