The Week Vegas Goes Country: Stars Rehearse for the 2017 ACM Awards [Pictures]
Country stars have been in Las Vegas for most of the last week preparing for the 2017 ACM Awards, and we've collected all the best candid shots from rehearsals, interviews and all of the various activities around town in advance of the big awards ceremony on Sunday night (April 2).
The week has been chock-full of events centering around the ACM Party for a Cause, which is known as "The Week Vegas Goes Country." The Party for a Cause includes a number of exclusive live performances and a golf tournament that all raise money for the organization's charitable arm, ACM Lifting Lives.
Stars have also been on hand to give interviews, promote upcoming projects and go over all of the staging and music for the annual event on Sunday night, and you can flip through the gallery above to see what the stars look like before they get glammed up for the actual broadcast, when they're doing the hard work of setting staging, lights and sounds for such an ambitious production.
Keith Urban and Thomas Rhett are set to perform, along with Old Dominion and Brett Eldredge, who rounded out a lineup that includes Sam Hunt, Reba McEntire, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts and Lauren Daigle.
Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris, Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean and Little Big Town are also set to perform at 2017 ACM Awards, as previously announced. Backstreet Boys will join FGL to perform their current duet, “God, Your Mama, and Me." McGraw and Hill will perform their newly announced single, “Speak to a Girl," and Lambert is set to perform a solo acoustic version of "Tin Man," one of the central songs on her Album of the Year-nominated project The Weight of These Wings.
The 2017 ACM Awards will air at 8PM ET on Sunday night on CBS.
