Yesterday, I told you how Katie was helping me out around the studio because I hurt my back lifting a pack of water and some pop. (I can just hear my mom now, "bend with your knees.") I've been getting awful sleep.

Today, there's a new survey that was published that outlines the top ten reasons why you're not getting good sleep. I can really identify with number ten on this list!

If you're having trouble getting some z's then check out this list. It's most likely one of these reasons:

1. You have a partner who snores.
2. You have a partner who tosses and turns.
3. You're worried about something
4. You're too hot or too cold.
5. Work has got you stressed out.
6. You're very aware of how early you have to wake up.
7. Your bed is just uncomfortable.
8. Noises outside keep waking you up.
9. Your kids wake you up.
10. Your joints and muscles ache.  (THIS IS SO ME RIGHT NOW.)
