Blizzard conditions are expected tomorrow & tomorrow night across southern Minnesota. Heavy snow will spread from the south across the Twin Cities, and into western Wisconsin. Models are forecasting anywhere from less than an inch, up to 7 inches for St. Cloud; with the somewhere around 2-3 inches most likely.
UPDATED (12:07 PM, 11/10/14): A WINTER STORM WARNING remains in effect for Central & Southern Minnesota through Noon tomorrow for up to 16 inches of snow, and strong winds; making travel hazardous. Following the storm, temps will be significantly colder through the week.
Heavy snow is expected to continue this evening, with 7-13" of accumulation expected in St. Cloud by morning, with higher amounts to the north & east. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect through 1 am tonight, including St. Cloud, Little Falls, Brainerd, Foley, Milaca, and Princeton.
