Even with a pandemic happening on our doorstep, St. Cloud has somehow managed to up our holiday spending budget by almost $50.

The National Retail Federation estimated that spending will be up about 4% from last year, totaling over $772 billion.

It turns out that the average person isn't going overboard for Christmas this year.

This morning Pete and I were talking about what the most expensive part of our day is. For me, it's going out to lunch. On an average day I usually spend about $10 because I'm too lazy to pack my lunch. I know, it's horrible! Pete also said that the most expensive part of his day is buying food...
