This new bill if passed would ban Minnesota pet shops from selling dogs and cats supplied by commercial breeders.

This past July, Snoopy the cat went missing from his home. Over four months went by, when suddenly a Christmas miracle happened.

Also known as National Mixed Breed Day, it is a day dedicated to embracing, saving and celebrating mixed breed dogs.
