A Minnesota soldier will represent our National Guard at the Army's 2017 Best Warrior Competition. Staff Sergeant Daniel Sebo won the National Guard Best Warrior Competition at Camp Ripley this week.
Nearly 20 soldiers from the National Guard’s B Company, 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 211th Aviation Regiment based in St. Cloud, are deploying for a nine-month mission to Afghanistan.
The second wave of National Guard soldiers are coming home today (Wednesday). There are 219 soldiers from the 1st Brigade Combat Team 34th Infantry that are returning to the state.
