The festival has been held every year since 2008 as part of Home Town Pride Days and a fundraiser for the Cold Spring Fire & Rescue Department Relief Association.
Jo Dee Messina has been diagnosed with cancer. The "Heads Carolina, Tails California" singer's team revealed the news on her Facebook page on Wednesday morning. She'll begin treatment this fall.
