The Tech Tigers earned the top seed in the upcoming Section 8AA tournament with a 13-1-2 record. The Tigers will match up with eighth-seeded Brainerd in the opening round.

The Cathedral girls' soccer team remained undefeated on the season with a 2-0 win over St. John's Prep Tuesday night. The Crusaders move to 12-0 on the season and are 9-0 in the Granite Ridge Conference.

The Tech Tigers improved to 10-1-2 on the season with a 4-1 win over St. Michael-Albertville Monday night. The Tigers have not lost since August 29th when they fell 2-0 to Anoka. Tech plays at Sauk Rapids- Rice Tuesday night.

The Cathedral Girls' Soccer team remains undefeated after a 2-1 road win at Alexandria. Maddy Smith had a goal and an assist for the Crusaders, and Sabina Milbauer registered the game-winning goal.

Colin Strong's goal gave Cathedral a 1-0 lead over Bemidji early on, but the Lumberjacks stormed back for a 4-1 win at Whitney Park. Cathedral is now 4-5 on the season.

Cathedral's boys soccer team got a pair of goals in the first half from Aidan Brew, then a pair of goals from Cole Tetrault in the second half of a 5-1 win over Melrose. The Crusaders are now 3-3 overall on the season.

The Apollo Eagles boys soccer team continued their undefeated season with a blowout win over the Fergus Falls Otters, and Tech was tested by the Alexandria Cardinals in a tie game at SCSU.

She may not be the fastest or the strongest member of the team, but their is no questioning her passion for the sport. Angie Stolt is a sophomore linebacker for the St. Cloud Apollo Eagles and her playing career began in the 5th grade.
