UPDATE: Weather Holds Off Search for Missing Teen, Authorities To Continue Tuesday
ST. CLOUD - Rainy weather Monday put a short hold on the search for a missing Annandale teenager.
At about 12:30 p.m. St. Cloud police called off the ground, air and water searches for 17-year-old Aaliyah Kazimer.
Authorities says additional searches by drone and boat will likely resume Tuesday depending on water and weather conditions.
Kazimer was reported missing at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday, but hasn't been seen since 5:00 p.m. Saturday at a home on County Road 120 in St. Cloud.
She is described as an Asian girl, five-feet tall, weighing 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black button up shirt and dark colored running shorts.
Her vehicle was found in a parking lot at Riverside Park Sunday night by family members. Bloodhounds tracked her scent to an area south of the parking lot, about a half mile away near the edge of the river.
The investigation remains active and on-going. Anyone with any information is asked to call St. Cloud Police.
