Ned vs Life: The Lawnmower [watch][help]

I have issues.

We all do. The difference with me is that I'm in radio and have an extra avenue to beg for help. Won't you help me? Please?

My lawnmower is acting up and I don't want to be fined by the city for having grass that's too tall. Yay city ordinances!

So far I've tried:

• Sea Foam in the gas tank
• Checking the oil - it's good
• Cleaning the air filter
• Screaming at it
• Changing the spark plug

What am I missing?
