Little Falls Waitress Surprised By $200 Mystery Tip
I love the whole 'pay it forward' concept, and that's exactly what a mystery customer did in Little Falls at Perkins recently, by leaving a $200 tip on a bill that totaled just $14. The recipient, 19-year old server Tori Dobis was stunned, thrilled (and grateful).
The customer has not been identified. Tori told KMSP-TV that she started crying when she saw the tip, and will put the $200 towards realizing her dream of becoming a nurse.
Maybe the customer saw our story last week listing Minnesota as one of the worst-tipping states in the nation -- and was trying to correct that herself?
Thanks to the 'mystery customer' for leading by example. What will you do to pay it forward today?
