Little Falls To Host First Ever Veterans Day Film Festival
LITTLE FALLS (WJON News) -- Little Falls will help celebrate Veterans Day with a film festival. The Falls Theatre in partnership with the Minnesota Military & Veterans Museum, Lakeland Public Television, and Pioneer Public Television will host the event in honor of Minnesota Veterans.
The film festival is free for the entire public and will feature five movies from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Falls Theatre Manager Hailey Vogl says they are thrilled to host the first veterans' film festival to honor local veterans and all the pictures are powerful mediums for preserving the stories of those who have served.
All of the movies are short films showcasing Minnesota Veterans. The film's schedule is:
3:00 p.m. Dedicated to Care: LTC Hortense McKay
4:00 p.m. Night Wings: WWII OSS Ops
5:00 p.m. Frozen in Time: The Vietnam War
7:00 p.m. RESOLUTE: MN Stories from Kabul 2021
7:30 p.m. Gen John Vessey Jr. Cold War Soldier & Statesman
