If you’re looking for a little extra sparkle, laughter, and holiday magic this season, you’re going to love what’s coming.

Two Central Minnesota favorites, comedian Jason Schommer and musician Michael Shynes, are teaming up once again for a festive night of comedy, storytelling, and incredible live music. And trust me, this is a show you’ll absolutely want on your holiday calendar.

HAPPY HA HA HALIDAYS: A NIGHT OF COMEDY AND MUSIC

“Happy Ha-Ha-Ha-Lidays: A Night of Comedy and Music!”  is making its way to St. Cloud, St. Michael, and Little Falls, bringing with it a joyful blend of humor and heart that only Jason and Michael can deliver. I’ve had the chance to perform with both of them many times, and I can tell you firsthand: these two are pure magic onstage. Separately, they’re fantastic. Together, they’re unstoppable.

Jason Schommer has a reputation for being one of the funniest, sharpest, and most engaging performers in the region and well beyond. Whether he’s telling a wild story that somehow turns even everyday chaos into comedy gold, or diving into one of his signature “is-this-really-happening?” moments, Jason knows exactly how to make an audience feel like they’re part of the fun. His storytelling is quick, clever, and often downright ridiculous in the best way possible. You’ll laugh hard, you’ll relate, and you might even shed a few tears from laughing too much. (Be careful... I don't want you to pee your pants.)

MEET MICHAEL

And then there’s Michael Shynes—a voice that stops people in their tracks. With his soulful delivery, emotional honesty, and ability to glide between genres, Michael’s music hits you right in the heart. His original Christmas songs always bring something special to the season, and this year he’s debuting a brand-new one, One More Christmas With You, co-written with Jason specifically for this show. It’s the kind of song that wraps around you like a warm blanket on a cold December night.

THE MAGICAL DGS

Adding a little extra shimmer, violinist DGS will join Jason and Michael for the St. Cloud and St. Michael shows. If you’ve heard DGS before, you know he brings a cinematic sweep to any stage he steps onto.

And Little Falls is getting something uniquely local and wildly fun—a special comedy sketch called “A Morrison County Christmas Carol,” featuring familiar faces in an uproarious twist on the classic tale.

LAUGHING ALL THE WAY

Whether you’re more into the music, the comedy, the storytelling, or simply getting into the holiday spirit, “Happy Ha-Ha-Ha-Lidays” is one of those shows that delivers it all. It’s joyful. It’s hilarious. It’s heartfelt. It’s the kind of night that reminds you why we gather together this time of year—to laugh, to connect, and to soak up the magic of the season.

GRAB YOUR FRIENDS AND PLAN ON FUN THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

With three performances across three cities, you’ve got plenty of chances to join the fun. But don’t wait too long… these shows tend to fill up fast.
