The Minnesota Timberwolves are at Charlotte tonight to take on the Bobcats (5:30, WJON). The Wolves beat the Bucks on Tuesday night but remain on the outside looking in in the playoff picture.

The Wolves are 32-31 and in tenth place in the Western Conference. Memphis and Dallas are currently tied for the eighth and final playoff spot, and the Suns stand between the Wolves and Dallas/Memphis in ninth place.

The Bobcats are 31-34, but that record is good for seventh place in the Eastern Conference. Charlotte has won back-to-back games coming into Friday’s contest. Former Timberwolf Al Jefferson leads the 'Cats with averages of 21.4 points and 10.3 rebounds per game.
