The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for portions of Central Minnesota including Stearns and Sherburne counties, in effect through 7 AM Monday morning. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect farther to the south.

It looks like the St. Cloud area can expect to see 4-6 inches of snow by Monday morning. Tomorrow morning's commute could be a slow one.

From the National Weather Service this morning: A winter storm will impact the area today into Monday, with many areas seeing plowable snowfall. Travel will likely become hazardous across much of the region, particularly along and south of Interstate 94. While the snow will begin to taper off during the early hours of Monday, the morning commute will likely be slow.
