Winter Storm Watch: Snow & Freezing Rain for Monday

A wintry mix of snow and freezing rain will lead to slick roads and difficult driving conditions Monday afternoon through Monday night. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued from Noon Monday through Tuesday morning for areas south and east of St. Cloud, including Sherburne County.
