At least three tickets matched all six numbers in last night's record $1.5 billion Powerball drawing -- with winners being sold in Florida, California, and Tennessee. (I'm really gonna be suspicious if one of those was purchased by lunch ladies.) Back to work for the rest of us here in Minnesota.

There's probably no sense in buying a ticket for Saturday's drawing, because the jackpot is back down to a measly $40 million -- and who can live on that?

Previously, the largest lotto jackpot in U.S. history was a $656 million Mega Millions prize awarded in 2012.
