The Minnesota Wild ended a seven game losing streak that extended back into the regular season by beating the Dallas Stars 5-3 last night in Game 3 of their first round playoff series. The Stars now lead the best-of-seven series 2-1, with Game 4 set for tomorrow night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

The Wild trailed 2-0 just four and a half minutes into the game, but rallied to take a 4-2 lead. Dallas added a goal in the third before Jason Pominville added an empty netter.

It was the first time since 2003 that the Wild had come back from a 2 goal deficit in the post season.

Prior to yesterday's game the Minnesota Wild called up eight players from their AHL affiliate Iowa Wild.

The puck is set to drop in Game 4 tomorrow night at 8:30 PM CT at the Xcel Energy Center.

Go Wild!
