The Minnesota Wild (30-10-5) scored three goals within two minutes in the third period to beat the Anaheim Ducks (26-14-9) 5-3 last night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The Wild are right back at it tonight hosting the resurgent Nashville Predators.

The first place Wild (65) remain two points ahead of the Blackhawks (63) in the Central Division. Minnesota and Chicago also lead the Western Conference standings. Only the Washington Capitals (68) and the Columbus Blue Jackets (66) have more points than the Wild in the entire NHL.
